Her Spirit is a virtual and in-person cycling community which offers a variety of coaching, challenges and cycling event opportunities.

The Her Spirit cycling community is fun, friendly, inclusive and caters for women of all levels and abilities.

Her Spirit provides a progressive pathway from local rides and coaching to giving you the confidence to achieve a 25, 50 or 100 mile sportive.

By joining our virtual community you can access structured coaching programmes, learn from other Her Spiriters cycling experiences and take part in Her Spirit challenges and cycling events together.

– 2 x weekly LIVE cycle sessions

– 2 x weekly LIVE strength/core sessions

– 2 x weekly LIVE pilates and yoga sessions

Challenges & Events 

Our members love taking part in virtual and real life cycling challenges.  We run these all year round and are a great way to keep you motivated in all weathers.   Next events and challenges coming up will be announced soon.

Partner Events 

As well as running our own events we also partner with cycling event organisers across the UK to offer events where Her Spiriters can take part together.

All our Her Spirit community events offer entries for all levels and abilities.

Her Spirit Local Rides and Coaching 

Her Spirit also offers local monthly Her Spirit rides and local skills based coaching sessions.

We have a limited number of locations however we will have new locations coming soon.

Just did my first Her Spirit cycling session with Michelle this morning - the best “spinning” class ever, in the comfort of your home! What joy it was to ride with others, be challenged by Michelle’s intervals (quite different from zwifting alone :-)) and just share the experience - being part of a community of like-minded people.
