Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK with 1 woman diagnosed every 10 minutes.

In the UK, 55,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer every year.

  • In the UK, around 1000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer every week.
  • In the UK, around 4500 women are diagnosed with breast cancer every month. 

In the UK, 11,500 women die from breast cancer every year.

  • In the UK, nearly 1000 women die from breast cancer every month.

Let’s swim together to make a difference and raise vital funds for Breast Cancer Now.

How does it work?

1st – 6th October 2024: Join the Zoggs Swim For Her swim challenge.

In Person – Choose from one of our exclusive venues who have kindly donated a FREE swim as part of your entry:

  • Swim Six Hills – Leicestershire – 5th October – 12 – 1pm
  • Shepperton Open Water – Surrey – 5th or 6th October – 8am – 9am
  • Divers Cove  – 5th October 9am – 11am

If you have a swim venue that you think would like to host this event and will donate a free swim hour for Breast Cancer Awareness month then please do let us know by emailing us at mel@herspirit.co.uk

Virtual – Choose your location and swim a distance of your choice between 1st – 6th October and we will send you your medal and cap directly to you.

Challenge includes:

Sign-up for just £10, of which 50% (£5) goes to Breast Cancer Now.

Once entered you will receive:

  • A limited edition Zoggs Swim For Her swim cap
  • Swim For Her Finishers medal

All caps and medals will be collectable at your chosen swim venue.

** If you have entered the “virtual” swim then your swim cap will be sent directly to your home address.
