What is changing and why?
Starting March 27th, Her Spirit will be available free of charge for thousands of women who may not have the means to afford a monthly or annual membership.

We will still have Core and Coach Plus membership content, but for simplicity, these will merge into a single plan called Premium. The new Premium membership encompasses all content, groups, coaching, challenges, and live virtual events. This comprehensive offering includes everything that was previously exclusive to Coach Plus members.

Why are you increasing the cost of membership to Core members?
In order to provide access to Her Spirit for women who may not have the financial means to afford a membership, we have reassessed our existing membership options.  With rising costs and a commitment to delivering top-notch content, coaching, challenges, live classes, and 24/7 community support, we’ve decided to merge our higher and lower membership tiers. Our goal was to ensure that the annual membership for the new Premium level remains within the budget of what Core members are currently paying on a monthly basis.  All pricing decisions are made in alignment with our costs and our overarching mission to inspire one million women to lead healthier, stronger lives.

What are the new membership levels?
Below is an understanding of what will be included on our two new membership levels. Free and Premium.

CORE MEMBERSHIP

I am a Core Member what is going to change on the 27th of March?
Core membership will change to Premium Membership on the 27th March. This will include the following price increases:

  • Monthly – From £6.99 to £9.99
  • Annual – From £59.99 to £79.99

Price increases will only apply from your next monthly or annual renewal date. For monthly users, you can retain your current monthly price by cancelling your monthly membership and purchasing an annual membership which works out at £6.66 per month.

I have a Core Membership do I need to do anything on the 27th of March?
If you are happy with the changes that have been communicated including the price change at monthly or annual renewal then there is nothing you need to do.

I don’t know when my renewal date is. What is the best way to check?
If you signed up to Her Spirit via the web you will need to check your memberships it via the settings page on the web platform. Just login https://community.herspirit.co.uk/login and then navigate to the main menu (three lines on bottom navigation). You will see a cog in the top right – click that and you will find your membership info.

If you have an Android or IOS subscription, then you will need to check it via your phone’s app store. Below is some information on how to do this. Please email us at support@herspirit.co.uk if you need any further help.

I am a Core Monthly member and I wish to benefit from the £40 savings on the Premium membership. What do I need to do?
You just need to cancel your current monthly membership and sign up for the Annual Premium membership. This works out at £6.66 per month rather than £9.99 per month.

What happens if I decide to cancel my Core membership at the end of my renewal period?
If you decide to cancel your monthly or annual membership before the end of your current renewal period, your membership will automatically revert to our FREE membership level. If you don’t cancel your membership before the renewal date it will auto-renew at the increased price.

If I cancel my current membership and revert to being a FREE member will this affect my profile? 
Opting to renew your membership or transitioning to the free membership will not alter anything on your profile. This includes all data, points, badges and levels accrued. Everything will remain unchanged.

I would like to cancel my membership. What is the best way to do this?
If you signed up via the web you will need to cancel it via the settings page on the web platform. Just login https://community.herspirit.co.uk/login and then navigate to the main menu (three lines on bottom navigation). You will see a cog in the top right – click that and you will find your membership info and the ability to cancel it.

If you have an Android or IOS subscription, then you will need to cancel it via there app stores. Here is some information on how to do this:

COACH PLUS MEMBERSHIP

I am a Coach Plus Member what is going to change on the 27th of March?
The Coach Plus membership will continue after the 27th of March but will close to new members. When you are due to renew your monthly or annual membership you will need to cancel Coach Plus and sign up for the new Premium membership. While we understand this process may seem cumbersome, it’s the only way to integrate the two existing memberships we have (Core and Coach Plus). The good news side is that the new Premium Membership offers all the same benefits as Coach Plus, but at a lower price:

Monthly – From £12.99 to £9.99
Annual – From £119.99 to £79.99

Price decreases will only apply once you switch to the new Premium membership. For monthly users, you can further reduce your costs by opting for the annual membership which works out at £6.66 per month.

I am a Coach Plus monthly member do I need to do anything on the 27th of March?
We suggest you check your membership to see when it is due to renew.  If you are a monthly member we suggest you cancel your membership and wait for it to expire.  Once expired you will revert to a FREE membership. At this point, you can sign up for the new Premium membership at the lower rate of £9.99.  If you leave your monthly membership to renew you WILL continue to be charged at the higher £12.99 rate and you may not be able to access all the Premium content.

We suggest you check your membership to see when it is due to renew.  We suggest you cancel your membership and wait for it to expire. Once expired you will revert to a FREE membership. At this point, you can sign up for the new Premium membership at the lower rate of £79.99 or opt for a monthly at £9.99. If you leave your annual membership to renew you WILL continue to be charged at the higher £119.99 rate and you may not be able to access all the Premium content.

What happens if I decide to cancel my Coach Plus membership?
Should you choose to cancel your Coach Plus monthly or annual membership before the end of your current renewal period and decide not to enrol in the new Premium membership, your membership will automatically transition to our FREE membership level. Opting to renew your membership or transitioning to the free membership will not alter anything on your “My Home” page, including your data and points. Everything will remain unchanged.

FREE MEMBERSHIP 

I am currently on a free trial membership.  What should I do?
If you are on a free trial for Core or Coach Plus membership please refer to the Core Membership section of these FAQ’s.  Your membership is treated the same as a paid membership.

I’m currently earning points towards my milestone T-Shirt do I need to be a premium member, to continue/claim it?
No milestone t-shirts can continue to be earned as a FREE member.

If I’m on the free membership and want to join a premium-only challenge can I pay separately for it?
No. You will need to be a Premium member to take part in Premium-only events.

If I’m on free membership and want coaching advice can I pay separately for it?
No. You can only access coaching advice as a Premium member

If I opt for free membership can I change my mind and upgrade to premium?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time to a monthly or annual Premium membership.

As a FREE member, how will I know what is accessible to me?
Premium-only content will be marked with a padlocked or a message that will pop up when you try to join certain groups, challenges and events.

How do I make an in-app purchase?
In-app purchases are made within the Her Spirit app and will be charged via your phone app store (Google or Apple)

How long will I have access to the in-app purchases content for?
Once you have purchased the in-app programme it is yours to keep. If you decide to leave Her Spirit and delete your profile then your in-app purchases will also be deleted.

How much will the in-app programmes and content be?
In-app purchases will range in price and will be marked in each programme.
