Who is this challenge for?

This programme is suitable for all levels from those just starting out to those looking to improve your level of physical activity and become more present and mindful each day.

Mix It Up March 

A BIG thanks to the phenomenal women in our community for helping us design our March challenge. Inspired by International Women’s Day (IWD) on the 8th of March we are excited to launch “Mix It Up March” on the 1st March.

Mix It Up March is all about choosing your way to challenge yourself to be more active and present each day.

Be Active – Each week 
150 minutes of activity plus 2 x strength session each week.
Fill up your Jar of Joy
Everyday write down what you are grateful for or makes you smile – Take a picture and save it or write it down or put it on a jam jar  celebrate your phenomenal month
IWD Choose To Challenge
Choose one personal challenge (it can be anything) that scares you in March and be an even more of a phenomenal woman. Share it in the #bestyearyet group and the community will support you to achieve it.
Buddy Up and support a friend
Encourage a female friend to join you this month for FREE.
