Who is this challenge for?

This programme is suitable for all levels from those just starting out to those looking to improve your overall minutes moving each day

Feet First February 

Join community members Vicky, Cath, Juliette, Kerry and walk or wheel 150 minutes a week for 4 weeks

Finish with a Feet First Weekend Challenge on 27th or 28th February

Walk 5k, 10k, 13.1 miles or 26.2 marathon!

First 100 sign ups receive an Outdoor Guide Note book

Challenge includes:

– Starts 1st February 2021 with

– Walk or wheel 150 minutes each week or 600 minutes accumulatively over 4 weeks.

– Start with just 10 mins and build it up each day or week.

– Follow community members as they take on the challenge.

– Feet First February downloadable chart to track your progress

– Digital achievement certificate

– Global community to help you keep motivated

– First 100 receive an Outdoor Guide notebook made out of recycled coffee cups.
