Become a Her Spirit licensed coach

Are you a qualified coach or someone interested in becoming a qualified coach? 

We are looking for highly motivated and purpose driven individuals to join our team to lead group and/or 121 coaching for women in your local area. 

The Her Spirit coach programme is designed to offer coaches a comprehensive support system from mentoring and peer to pear learning to helping you to successfully market and grow your coaching sessions.

What does it include

  • Her Spirit branded coaching kit and annual Her Spirit membership
  • Access to Her Spirit coaching syllabus and  programmes
  • Group and 121 Mentoring with experienced and highly regarded coaches
  • Digital and print marketing assets to professionally promote  your sessions 
  • Central booking system managed by Her Spirit
  • Support with finding venues and hire fees (if required) to help establish your sessions
  • We also have a limited number of  coaching qualification subsidies for new coaches.

How does it work

Requirements

  • Coaches must be qualified by a recognised governing body
  • You must be able to coach on your own and have your own insurance
  • There is no limit to the number of sessions you can offer each week
  • Coaches will need to deliver an average of 2 hours per week to retain their license
  • Sessions will need to be booked via the Her Spirit booking platform
  • We only license one coach at each named venue
  • Coaches pay £25 per month to be a Her Spirit licensed coach

Coach Income

  • Coaches can set regionally varied fees for their coached sessions
  • Coaches keeps 80-90% of session income
  • Access to Her Spirit affiliate programme to earn extra income

  • Simply complete our  initial online interest form and tell us why you would like to join the team.
  • Once completed we will send you further information and arrange a call to discuss the programme in more detail.
