At Her Spirit we believe passionately that every woman can enjoy jogging and running. Give Me 5 isn’t all about pounding the pavements, it is a holistic programme.
Give Me 5 is designed to help you with everything from what to wear to breathing, posture, building strength to developing overall fitness, all with the aim of helping you jog or run more easily.
Supported by the Her Spirit coaches we will take you on an 8-week, small step by small step journey to walking, jogging or running a 5km.
At the end of the 8-weeks, you will be cheered on by the Her Spirit community as you do the United We Run 5 virtual 5K walk, jog or run.
