Give Me 5 is designed to help you with everything from breathing to posture, building strength to developing overall fitness, all with the aim of helping you run more easily.
Four-time Olympian Donna Fraser, supported by the Her Spirit coaching team, will take you on an 8-week, small step by small step journey to a fun 5km walk or run.
At the end of the 8-weeks, you will be cheered on by the Her Spirit community as you do your Give Me 5 virtual 5K walk or run.
