Her Spirit offers a series of virtual and real world “Frightened to Fearless” challenges and once subscribed you can take part in one or multiple challenges at anyone time.  You can choose from our whole lifestyle change Mind, Body and Fuel journey as well as swimming, running, cycling and triathlon. 

In addition to our challenges we host Her Spirit Local Lives which are motivational meet ups with other members of the Her Spirit Community.

Complete a Virtual Challenge

  2. Submit your results
  3. Receive your medal and t-shirt 

Small Steps Challenge

  1. Enter a local event (entry fee not included)
  2. Choose a Her Spirit Training Plan
  3. Connect with other spirited women near you.

Big Challenge

  1. Enter a Her Spirit Team event (entry fee not included)
  2. Use the Her Spirit BIG Challenge Training Plan
  3. Train virtually and meet up with team members
  4.  Event day meet up and celebrations
