Her Spirit Walking Challenge

Join community members and walk or wheel 150 minutes a week for 4 weeks.

Finish with the Feet First February Big Walk challenge on 26th or 27th February. Choose to walk 5k, 10k, 13.1 miles (half marathon) or 26.2 miles ( marathon!)

For every 500 minutes of walking  accumulated by the community we will gift a membership to women on a low or no-income.

How does it work?

  • Join Her Spirit Free for 14-days.
  • Runs 31st January to 27th February
  • Walk a minimum of 150 minutes each week
  • Accumulate as minutes as you can
  • Choose a distance of 5km, 10km, 13.2 miles or a marathon to walk on the 26th and 27th February
  • Post your weekly minutes and help gift memberships to women on a low or no-income

Challenge includes:

  • Downloadable Feet First February progress tracker
  • Weekly inspiration from community members.
  • Access to all Premium features including Her Spirit LIVE and PLAYBACK classes.
  • Accumulate  minutes to help gift premium memberships to women who cant afford them.
  • Choose your Feet First February Big Walk challenge distance and walk it on 26th and 27th  February.
