Feet First February Challenge

Walk 150 minutes each week or 600 minutes accumulatively by 28th February.

Challenge includes:

– Starts 1st February 2021 with

– Walk or wheel 150 minutes each week or 600 minutes accumulatively over 4 weeks.

– Start with just 10 mins and build it up each day or week.

– Follow community members as they take on the challenge.

– Feet First February downloadable chart to track your progress

– Digital achievement certificate

– Global community to help you keep motivated

– First 100 receive an Outdoor Guide notebook made out of recycled coffee cups.

Eligibility criteria:
– You must be a Her Spirit Premium member to enter
– Entries are free for all existing Her Spirit Premium members
